Who is
CP Builders?
Gavin was first exposed to building as a child, helping out in his father’s construction company in London. After graduating from the London College of Technology (now London Metropolitan University) with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management, he worked on commercial construction in London. He moved to Santa Barbara in 1986.
